We have a recommended menu for each season, and this is one of our "winter recommended menus". This dish is made by marinating tofu in soy sauce and crisping it up with bonito flakes batter. You can enjoy the rich flavor of the tofu as it melts in your mouth. Please try it.

Many of you must be craving hot food on a cold day. We are currently preparing one-pot dishes. This is the "Yuzu Ginger Nabe with Young Chicken and Tsukune with Cartilage and Yuzu Ginger" which is full of chicken and vegetables. The ginger in this dish will warm you up while you eat.
