脂がよくのった「戻り鰹」

皆さん鰹はお好きですか？現在、日本酒や焼酎などのお酒のお供にぴったりの「戻り鰹のお造り」をご用意しております。旬の鰹は、脂のりがよく旨味が凝縮！軽く炙りってお出ししております。もっちりとした食感の鰹に、お好みで薬味をプラスしてお召し上がりください。一つ、もう一つと箸が進む方は少なくないはず。
