今回は数あるメニューの中から、京都ならではの、食材の味を楽しめる逸品料理についてご紹介いたします。

 

京都を代表するグルメ「湯葉」を使った逸品料理

京都グルメといえば「湯葉」を思い浮かべる方も多いのではないでしょうか。当店ではそんな湯葉を使ったメニューも豊富にご用意しております。

まずこちらの「生湯葉のお刺身」（税込853円）は湯葉本来の味をそのまま味わっていただける逸品です。クリーミーで今までにない食感をぜひどうぞ。

そして、「鶏つくねの湯葉チーズ揚げ」（税込745円）はふわっとした鶏つくねとサクサクの湯葉の食感が絶妙にマッチングしております！また、とろっとしたチーズもお楽しみいただけます。

湯葉以外にも京都ならではの食材を使ったメニューはたくさんあります。

「じゃこと九条葱のアヒージョ」（税込853円）はカリカリ香ばしいちりめんじゃこと京都の伝統的野菜である九条葱を使った洋風のメニューです。じゃこと九条葱の旨みがオリーブ油にうつって絶妙なおいしさですよ！

We have a variety of original menu items such as healthy tofu, yuba (bean curd), fish, and meat dishes that we are proud of.

Our private rooms with a relaxing atmosphere and a reproduction of a Kyoto garden are very popular with our customers. We offer a wide variety of courses, from all-you-can-drink girls' night out courses to more luxurious and hearty courses.
