11月も目前となりましたが、皆さんいかがお過ごしでしょうか。日に日に涼しさが増し、寒さを感じる日もありますが、体調を崩さないようお気をつけくださいね。さて、和食が楽しみたくなったときは、当店で肉・魚・野菜などさまざまな食材を使用した創作京料理をお召し上がりください。

当店には、「おもてなし創作」メニューがございます。その中の一部が上記になります。蒸したことで浅利の旨味と香りが全体に広がった「浅利と揚げ餅のバター醤油蒸し」と、じっくり時間をかけて煮込んだことで柔らかくなった牛すじをご堪能いただける「煮玉子入り　じっくり煮込んだ牛すじ豆冨」です。

居酒屋定番メニューの一つ「ポテトフライ／649円（税込）」が人気ですが、日本酒や焼酎を飲みながらお楽しみいただける、まるで和風ポテトフライのような「ホクホク長芋の唐揚げ」をご用意しております。ホクホクとした長芋特有の食感を楽しみながらお召し上がりください。
