シャキシャキのネギを添えて　牛タンの炙り焼き

焼肉店などでは薄切りのことが多いですが、牛タンならではのお肉の旨みをしっかりと感じていただけるよう厚切りにしてさっと炙ったものをご提供しております。厚みがあるのにサクッと歯が通る牛タンの食感をご堪能ください。柔らかな牛タンは、ゆっくりと口の中でとろけていきますよ。140gで1,390円（税抜）でのご提供です。

希少部位をぜいたくに　特選牛ミスジのステーキ

牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近の中であまり動かない部位にあたるため、他の部位にはない独特の食感・柔らかさを持っています。脂は少なく柔らかい赤身肉です。噛むほどに旨みがあふれるステーキを当店特製のソースをたっぷりとからめて召し上がってください。120gで1,190円（税抜）でご提供しております。

今回ご紹介したもの以外にも、昆布〆にした鴨肉の炙り焼きなどお肉本来の旨みが楽しめるお料理を豊富にご用意しております。
