こちらは「京都ぽーくのしゃぶしゃぶ」。品種、飼育方法、出荷先まで厳選された、京都自慢のブランド豚【京都ポーク】の美味しさを存分に味わえるしゃぶしゃぶです。柔らかい肉質が楽しめる上、甘味、旨みについても存分に味わえます。2人前よりご提供しておりますので、みなさんでお楽しみくださいませ。

A4和牛の旨みを閉じ込めた一品

こちらは「国産A4和牛 赤身肉のステーキ 」です。上質なA4和牛の旨みを逃さぬよう、周りを焼き固めてから火を入れるという、独自の手法で仕上げられたステーキです。ひとくち食べれば牛肉の旨味が口の中で弾け、思わずほおが緩むのでは。添えてある「ハーブ塩」やわさびなどをつければ、味にアクセントが生まれてさらに美味しく召しあがっていただけますよ。
