1頭の牛からわずか3kgしかとれない希少な牛ミスジ肉を使用したステーキです。肉質はやわらかで、ほどよく脂のしていおり、独特な食感と口どけを味わうことができます。甘辛な玉ねぎのソースがぴったりです。赤ワインと相性がとても良いので、併せてお召し上がりいただくのもおすすめです。

牛タンの炙り焼き　140g     1,051円（税込）

焼肉でも大人気の牛タンを炙り焼きにしました。牛タンの旨味がぎゅっと濃縮されて、抜群の美味しさです！牛タン独特の食感もお楽しみいただけますよ。葱を包んで食べると、さらに美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。

 

旨味たっぷりの三元豚をしゃぶしゃぶで

旬の味覚（しゃぶしゃぶ）コース　 全9品    2時間飲み放題付    4,500円(税込)

こちらは、三元豚のしゃぶしゃぶをメインに、旬の食材を使用した料理を全9品お召し上がりいただける、2時間の飲み放題付きのコースです。しゃぶしゃぶなので、余分な脂が落ちてさっぱりといただけます。

飲み放題を付けずに、お食事だけのご注文も3,240円（税込）で承ります。
