個性派日本酒と焼酎、全国より集結 | 京町しずく京都駅前

こんにちは、京町しずく京都駅前店PR担当です。

当店ではこだわりの和食を提供しておりますが、それらにとてもマッチする日本酒と焼酎にも力を入れており、全国各地の銘柄を厳選して揃えております。
「一ノ蔵」など日本酒で7種類以上、「黒霧島」など焼酎で9種類以上の品揃えです。

湯葉料理など京都を感じる料理と一緒に飲み比べする方も多くいらっしゃいます。
今回は、そのラインナップについてご紹介いたします。

日本酒は定番からファンに愛される銘柄まで揃う

まずは日本酒の品揃えについて。
45年以上もの歴史を誇る宮城県の名酒「一ノ蔵辛口本醸造」から、同じく宮城県の品がある柔らかい味わいが魅力の「浦霞本醸造」、口あたりが柔らかく淡麗な味わいの「八海山特別本醸造」など人気の銘柄を取り揃えております。

また、日本酒ファンにも愛される「玉乃光酒魂純米吟醸」や「加賀鳶純米吟醸」、「西陣特別純米」、「獺祭等外」なども取り揃えております。

個性派の焼酎が全国各地から集結

次は焼酎についてご紹介します。まず芋焼酎は鹿児島県の程よい甘みとふくよかな香りが人気の「極芋」や、大分県の麦で長年熟成した原種をまぜあわせ、柔らかくふくらみがある「閻魔」、米は定番の「白岳しろ」などをご用意。

さらに奄美の黒糖の「れんと」、泡盛で「残波ブラック」、しそ「鍛高譚」、山椒「ぴりっと」など通好みなものも取り揃えております。また、定番の「黒霧島」、「なんじゃかんじゃ」なども。
