We recommend "Black Bean Cream Cheese" as a snack when you want to enjoy a full portion for now. This menu item combines cream cheese with sweet black beans and is served with crackers. It is popular as a casual menu item that goes well with wine.

We also have a marinated tomato and mozzarella cheese caprese in Japanese soup stock. The tomato and mozzarella cheese served in Japanese broth, rather than Italian broth, is a superb dish.
