Hello, this is Kyomachishizuku Kyoto Ekimae Store PR Manager.
The sky is deep and clear, and the season is refreshing.
How is everyone doing?
We also have a selection of Japanese sake.
In this issue, we would like to introduce you to one of our sake products.
Urakasumi, a sake from Miyagi, is made from "Manamusume" rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture.
Manamusume is a cross between Hitomebore and Chiyonishiki, and is characterized by its resistance to cold and disease.
Urakasumi has a soft mouthfeel with a crisp aftertaste.
It can be served at room temperature, cold or warmed.
Goes well with seafood.
We offer Urakasumi (Honjozo).
It is said that it goes well with seafood.
We offer a wide variety of dishes including sashimi, deep-fried dishes, and simmered dishes, as well as "Steamed Hokkaido Scallop with Salt Butter" (756 yen/tax incl.) and "Seafood Avocado Yukke" (702 yen/tax incl.). Of course, we also offer a variety of non-seafood dishes such as dishes using seasonal ingredients such as returning bonito and sweet potatoes, and grilled skewers using domestic chickens.
How about trying to find your favorite dish that goes well with Urakasumi?
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
