The calendar says it is autumn, but the days are still hot. At our restaurant, we have prepared menus that are perfect for the hot summer days. Today, we would like to introduce our summer menu.

The savory aroma is irresistible! Marugoto Yakitori Corn ~Burnt Soy Sauce

Grilled corn is something we crave irresistibly in the summer. Many people feel the feeling of summer after eating grilled corn, don't they? We have prepared grilled corn that makes you feel the summer in our restaurant!

Our grilled corn is roasted with the skin on, so the corn's natural sweetness is concentrated. The appetizing burnt soy sauce matches the sweetness of the corn, making it an exquisite dish. It is served cut into pieces so that everyone can enjoy it while sharing it with others.

The water octopus is said to be the largest octopus in the world. The cold-water octopus is found in Japan in the Tohoku region and Hokkaido. We offer thinly sliced fresh mizu-dako from Hokkaido. With its plump texture and light flavor, it is the perfect sashimi for the current season. Please enjoy the taste of mizu-dako with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice).
