Both of these menus allow you to savor the flavor of the ingredients. After quickly dipping the meat into the pot, please enjoy it with our homemade ponzu or sesame sauce as you like. In addition to the meat, we also offer a variety of additional dishes, such as "cartilage tsukune", "assorted seasonal vegetables", "assorted mushrooms", and "Sanuki udon noodles".
