This is "Deep Fried Lotus Root with Mentaiko Spicy Cod Roe" using seasonal lotus root with crunchy texture. The lotus root is deep-fried with spicy cod roe and shiso leaves. The fragrance of the shiso leaves is refreshing and well accented!It is recommended with beer as well as sake, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages.
