Seared beef tongue with crispy green onions

While beef tongue is often sliced thinly at yakiniku restaurants, we offer thickly sliced and quickly seared beef tongue so that the unique flavor of the meat can be fully appreciated. Please enjoy the texture of beef tongue, which is thick yet crispy. The tender beef tongue will slowly melt in your mouth. 140g is priced at 1,390 yen (excluding tax).

Rare cuts of beef steak

Beef tendon is a rare part of the body, and only about 3 kg of it can be obtained from a single cow. Because it is located near the shoulder blade and does not move much, it has a unique texture and tenderness not found in other parts of the body. The meat is lean and tender with little fat. The more you bite into the steak, the more flavorful it becomes. 120 g of the steak is priced at 1,190 yen (excluding tax).

In addition to the dishes introduced here, we also offer a wide variety of dishes that allow you to enjoy the original flavor of the meat, such as seared duck meat cured on kombu (kelp).
