Our restaurant offers a limited time menu using seasonal ingredients. We will pick up a few of them and introduce them here.
The "Thinly Sliced North Seawater Octopus" is a great way to enjoy the summer season of the water octopus. The clear and beautiful thinly sliced octopus shows the high skill of our chefs. With a good texture and elegant sweetness, mizu-dako has a reputation for being light and easy to eat even during the hot summer season. We have also included some condiments that go well with mizu-dako, so please enjoy the change in flavor depending on the condiments.
In "Anago no Tempura Chazuke," conger eel, a popular high-end fish for Edomae Tempura, is used as a luxurious ingredient for chazuke. The crispy batter, gentle sweetness, and fluffy texture are truly exquisite. The delicious aroma of spiced vegetables will fill your mouth with flavor. Ochazuke is also a great way to rehydrate your body, and a delicious way to quench your summer thirst.
There are a variety of summer fruits, and we have prepared a dessert using melons. The "Thick Melon Cream Cheese Mousse" is a slightly adult sweet with whisky used for flavor. The rich cream cheese from Hokkaido is used to create a cheese mousse with a fluffy texture. It goes well with white wine or sparkling wine.

We have a variety of original menu items such as healthy tofu, yuba (bean curd), fish, and meat dishes that we are proud of.
