Fruity, refreshing, and sweet fruit wine is perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Try the refreshingly tart plum wine such as "Yuzu Umeshu" or "Lemon and Ginger Umeshu" with soda, or try the refreshingly sweet "Nashien," a pear liquor from Hita, Oita Prefecture.
